Hebridean Pursuits Ltd are Approved Activity Providers for Duke of Edinburgh Residential and UK/Overseas Expeditions Assessment & Training. HPL also holds a AALA licence for all activities provided. HPL has vast experience of leading and training groups. Our staff team have the highest levels of experience of World wide expeditions and qualifications including MIC, IML and Level 5 Coach awards, thus adding value to the candidates knowledge and experiences. We can offer expeditions walking based, sea kayak based or open boat based.
We offer the following to established groups and open to individuals:
- Bronze, Sliver and Gold training and assessment
- Residential, Multi Adventure Activity experiences at Tavool House on the Island of Mull
- Gold Expedition training based in the Highlands of Scotland & at Tavool House Outdoor Centre on Mull
- Gold Expedition assessments both land and water based in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
- Gold Expeditions Overseas in countries and areas such as Morocco 'the Atlas' , Norway 'The Jotunheimen', The French & Austrian Alps, Sea Kayaking in Greece and 'The Picos de Europa' in Spain.
- Accredited Assessor service for all levels of the Duke of Edinburgh Award

The groups expedition training took place in the Cairngorms in October 2010 and in Glen Coe in March 2011. The group had very different but amazing weather on both occasions and covered some fantastic mountain terrain. It was a fabulous experience for the participants.
