Tavool House is in a lovely wilderness setting in a quiet location amongst mature trees. It is four miles from the main road, along the south shore of the Ardmeanach Peninsula overlooking Loch Scridain and out to the Ross of Mull. There are many activities available which include: hill and coastal walking, kayaking, climbing, plunge pooling, gorge scrambling and camping.

The accommodation is simple and well appointed. The house is centrally heated, with showers and an open fire. We might have the best drying room in the Hebrides. Up to 25 people can be accommodated in 6 bedrooms sleeping- 8 6 4 4 2 1

Hebridean Pursuits ltd [est.1989] hold an Adventure Activities Licensing Authority Licence, Our instructors run the outdoor activity programmes with specialised clothing and equipment provided for groups of up to fourteen young people.

There is a regular forty minute ferry service from Oban.
