It is four miles from the main road, along the south shore of the Ardmeanach Peninsula overlooking Loch Scridain and out to the Ross of Mull. There are many activity options which include: hill and coastal walking, kayaking, mountain biking, plunge pooling, gorge scrambling and wildlife spotting. A paradise for photographers, artists, ornithologists and botanists.

The accommodation is simple, well appointed, it is ideal for groups of friends, schools, youth groups, clubs, specialist courses, respite care, management courses and families.
